The Dress

So a few months ago my future sister-in-law sent us this beautiful flower girl dress for Jada. It's a size 5 and the wedding is in June. Jada has not filled it out so yesterday I took for a fitting to have the dress tailored. For those of you who know Jada pretty well - you know that she is pretty obsessive about dresses so out of fear I have not ever shown her this dress!! Her eyes lit up when I pulled the dress out of the plastic and told her she could put it on. The pic is one I snapped with my phone - she looks adorable but what happened next - not so cute!!! I told Jada we were gonna take off the dress and she kept saying "NO"!! So I tried the 2 minute warning. After 5 minutes I had to literally peel the dress off of her kicking and screaming! =( Thank God we were at the back of the store and when I left the other employees reassured me that they had seen this reaction before a time or two. LOL! Needless to say she talked about the dress all the way home and I even had to hide it from her. Pray she doesn't find it!!!
